EA announced on Monday afternoon that it has acquired Pasadena-based
Industrial Toys
, the video game company founded by former Bungie Studios co-founder Alex Seropian. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Seropian was founder and former CEO of Bungie Studios, and also had served at Diensy Interactive. According to EA, the acquisition will help the company with a focus on "new experiences" on different devices. Industrial Toys becomes part of EA's Worldwide Studios organization, according to EA. Industrial Toys was backed by Accel Partners.
