Sylantro Acquired By BroadSoft
Campbell-based Sylantro Systems, a developer of VoIP applications, has been acquired by BroadSoft. BroadSoft did not disclose financial terms of the acquisition. According to BroadSoft, the firm intends to support Sylantro's products through its direct sales force and partners. Both firms develop voice-over-IP applications for the telecommunicaions industry.
