Qatalyst Taps Merrill Lynch For European Head
San Francisco-based Qatalyst Group, the merchant banking firm headed by Frank P. Quattrone, said Monday that it has hired on Jean Tardy-Joubert, former head of Merrill Lynch's European Technology Group, as a Partner. Tardy-Joubert will head up the firm's European investment banking operations from London. Qatalyst Group provides mergers and acquisition and other corporate financing advice to technology companies.
