NetSol Technologies To Buy Stake In ID Interactive
Emeryville-based NetSol Technologies said earlier this week that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in ID Interactive Holdings Ltd., a developer of multimedia software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will be made by NetSol's European subsidiary, NetSol technologies Europe. ID Interactive develops URTone, a mobile music player.
