NetSol Technologies Buy SAP Integrator
Emeryville-based NetSol Technologies, a provider of business services and other outsourcing services, said Thursday that it has acquired Ciena Solutions LLC, a provider of SAP integration management services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, although NetSol said it would be disclosing terms in an 8-K filing. Ciena Solutions is based in Los Angeles.
