Tivo Expands Board
Alivo-based Tivo said late Thursday that the firm has added William Cella to the firm's board of directors. Cella is Chairman and CEO of The Cella Group, and has also previously been Chairman and CEo of MAGNA Global Worldwide, which is owned by Interpublic Group. Tivo said that Cella has also served at Univeral McCann and ABC. The new board member expands Tivo's board size to 9.
