TiVo Names Interim CEO, After CEO Bolts For Liberty Global
San Jose-based TiVo said this morning that it has named Raghu Rau, a member of its board, as interim President and CEO. According to TiVo, the appointment comes as a result of the resignation of current President, CEO, and board member Enrique Rodriguez, who has left to become Chief Technology Officer at Liberty Global in Europe. TiVo said Rodriguez will remain at TiVo in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.
