4DS Gets Equity Investment
Fremont-based 4DS. a developer of non-voltaile semiconductor memory, said Tuesday that it has raised an undisclosed amount of equity financing. According to 4DS, the funding came from Poly Plant Project, Inc., a provider of advanced process technology for photovoltaic cells. Details of the multi-million dollar funding were not disclosed, however, 4DS said that the round follows an investment by Poly Plant Project in December of 2008.
