VirtualLogix Gets Investment From TI
Sunnyvale-based VirtualLogix, a firm which develops virtualization software for the embedded computing market, said Tuesday afternoon that it has received an equity investment from Texas Instruments. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. The investment was part of a collaboration agreement between the two companies. VirtualLogix is venture backed by Espirit Capital Partners, Intel Capital, Atlas Ventures, and Index Ventures. The investment follows a $16.0M investment in the firm in July.
