Salesforce Links Into Twitter
San Francisco-based Salesforce.com is reporting this morning that it has connected its customer relationship management software into Twitter. According to the firm, the new offering--Salesforce CRM for Twitter--will allow companies to search, monitor, and join conversations taking place on Twitter. Among features of the new offering is the ability for users to search through tweets, monitor and track posts and replies, and also to send information from its knowledge base via a Twitter message.
