Milpitas-based KLA-Tencor, a supplier of equipment for the semiconductor industry, said Monday that it will reduce its workforce by approximately 10 percent more. The firm, which made cuts in November, said the further cuts were a response to the "current demand environment." The company also said it would consolidate several of its facilities, require forced time off, and reduce employee stock purchase plan benefits.
