KLA-Tencor Acquires Therma-Wave
Fremont-based Therma-Wave said this morning that it is in a definitive agreement to be acquired by KLA-Tencor, in a deal worth $75M in cash. The deal is expected to close in the first quarte rof 2007. Therma-Wave develops process control metrology products and technologies used in the manufacture of semiconductors.
