Catapult Communications Acquired For $105M
Mountain View-based Catapult Communications, a developer of 3G and 4G wireless networking test products, has been acquired by Ixia Communications. According to Ixia, it has agreed to pay $9.25 per share in cash for Catapult, or approximately $105M. The deal is worth $63M net of Catapult's cash and investments. Ixia is a developer of IP networking test hardware and software.
