Catapult Communications Makes Cuts
Mountain View-based Catapult Communications Corporation, a supplier of telecom test systems, said Friday that it has reduced its workforce by 11%. The firm said that it has cut 25 employees through a combination of layoffs and early retirement. The firm also cut its Australian research and development office. The firm said the cuts were made because revenue from its products was not occurring as quickly as originally anticipated.
