Cloud Engines Gains Funding
San Francisco-based Cloud Engines, developer of the Pogoplug, a device which allows users to share any storage device with the Internet, said today that it has scored a new round of venture funding. Amount of the financing was not disclosed, however, a recent regulatory filing by the firm pegs the funding at $3.25M. The funding round came from Foundry Group. Ryan McIntyre of the Foundry Group joins the company's board of directors as part of the funding.
