StrongMail Systems Raises $7.6M
Redwood City-based StrongMail Systems has raised $7.6M in an equity fundraising, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. No details on the funding have been released by the firm. According to the filing, the deal came in conjunction with an acquisition and assumption of certain assets and certain liabities, possibly of PopularMedia, which the firm said it would acquire earlier this month.
