Palo Alto-based UpMo is taking on the job market this morning, saying it has launched a new online job search engine which helps professionals find jobs faster. According to the firm, it uses a algorithmic engine to pinpoint joins, based on a user's career roadmap and professional network to pinpoint the jobs they have the highest probability of securing. The new startup is headed by Promise Phelon; the firm's advistors include former Monster.com execfutive Marcel Legrand. The company is backed by angels.
