Zmanda Upgrades Cloud Backup Product
Sunnyvale-based Zmanda has released a new version of the firm's cloud-based backup product, the company announced this morning, saying that it has added a number of enhancements to the service. Accordng to Zmanda, the new service now includes backup of MySQL and SharePoint, the ability to select a specific geography to store their backup data, and selective restore of individual files. Zmanda is backed by Helion Venture Partners, BlueRun Ventures, and Canaan Partners.
