Palo Alto-based Personal Web Solutions, a developer of web TV browser software, has raised $1.2M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing. The regulatory filing indicates the firm's target is $1.8M in the round. No details on the funding have been announced by the company. Personal Web Solutions was founded by former Intel CMO Gordon Campbell.
