San Mateo-nbased SnapLogic, a developer of data integration software for connecting business data, said this morning that it has raised $2.3M in a Series A financing round. The round came from Andreessen Horowitz, Maples Investment, Google engineering VP Brian McClendon, and Epinions co-founder Naval Ravikant. The firm said the new funding will go towards continued development of the company's products. SnapLogic has previously raised $2.5M in seed funding in 2007 from Guarav Dhillon, who takes on the additional title of CEO along with this new funding round. Dhillon was previously Chairman--and primary funder--of the company.
