Cell Biosciences Completes Acquisition of Alpha Innotech
Santa Clara-based Cell Biosciences, which is venture backed by Domain Associates, Latterell Venture Partners, Mitsui Ventures, Novo Ventures, POSCO BioVentures, Royal Bank of Canada, The Vertical Group, and Wellcome Trust, said this week that it has completed its acquisition of Alpha Innotech Corp. The deal was worth approximately $17.9M in cash.
