Google Enhances Friend Connect
Google said this morning that it has rolled out a new set of features for Friend Connect, the firm's service which helps web site owners add social networking features to their sites. Google said it has added a new "Interests" section to Friend Connect, which allows websites to poll and ask people questions about their interests; a new feature which allows people to send private messages to each other; a "Newsletter" feature to send and manage newsletters; and a personalization gadget which presents content which might be interesting to users.
