SOASTA Scores $10M
Mountain View-based SOASTA, a developer of testing tools for the SOA market, announced today that it has raised $10M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by UV Partners, and also included prior investors Canaan Partners, Formative Ventures, and The Entrepreneurs' Fund. The company said the funding will go towards opening up offices in Europe, to broaden its reseller channel, and for product enhancements. Blake Modersitzki of UV Partners joins the company's board as part of the funding.
