SOASTA Gets $12M More
Mountain VIew-based Soasta, which develops cloud-based, performance management software, said this morning that it has raised $12M more in funding. The new round was led by The Entrepreneur's Fund, and also included Canaan Partners, Formative Ventures, and Pelion Venture Partners. SOASTA is headed by Tom Lounibos. The firm said the funds go towards international expansion.
