Nicira Takes $9.0M In Series B
Palo Alto-based Nicira Networks, a network technology firm headed by Steve Mullaney, has raised $9.0M in a Series B funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm yesterday. The round has a target size of $10.9M. The firm's investors include Andreesen Horowitz Fund, and individuals Diane Greene and Andy Rachleff. Ben Horowitz is listed on the firm's board of directors. No details on the funding have been announced by the firm.
