ReputationDefender Gets $8.65M
Redwood City-based ReputationDefender, a provider of serviecs for managing online reputation and privacy, said Tuesday that it raised $8.65M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. David Cowan of Bessemer, and Ted Schlein of Kleiner Perkins, both join the firm as part of the funding. ReputationDefender said the funding will go towards product development, engineering, and hiring of its senior team.
