ReputationDefender Raises $15M
Redwood City-based ReputationDefender said earlier today that it has raised $15M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by JAFCO Ventures, and also included Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, who were Series B investors. As part of the funding, Jafco's Nick Sturiale joins the company's board of directors. The company said the funding will go towards its management team, to expand customer acquisition efforts, and to develop new products. ReputationDefender operates an online service which helps both consumers and businesses to manage their online reputation.
