IDT Buys Mobius Microsystems
San Jose-based IDT said Thursday that it has acquired Sunnyvale-based Mobius Microsystems, in an all-cash deal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mobius was venture backed by Foundation Capital, Menlo Ventures, and RPM Ventures. IDT said the buy will extend it into high accuracy, crystal oscillator replacements, used for timing in electronic circuits.
