Redwood Shores-based
iForem, a provider of digital archiving services, said this week that it has scored a new round of funding, and also acquired encrypted messaging firm
EnMoDa. Financial terms of both the funding and acquisition were not disclosed. The new funding for the company came from existing investors Gabriel Venture Partners. EnMoDa develops technology used to send encrypted messages, text, voice mail, and attachments between mobile devices.
