Zad Mobile Buys eMotive
San Francisco-based Zad Mobile, a provider of mobile marketing services for carriers, said last week that it acquired eMotive Communications, a developer of software for selling and sharing licensed music and video clips. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
