Synopsys Completes Coware Buy
Mountain View-based Synopsys said this week that it has completed its acquisition of CoWare, a provider of software and services in the electronic systems design market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Synopsys said the acquisitio of Coware's talent and technology would extend its activities in the system level design market.
