Nexenta Names VP
Mountain View-based Nexenta Systems, a developer of storage products, said today that it has named Rick Hayes as its Vice President of Technical Operations. Hayes joins the firm from GlassHouse Technologies, where he was principal Consultant. He has also served at MaXXan, StorageNetwork, Dynegy, Sprint Paranet, Minnesota Department of Military Affairs and the U.S. Army. Nexenta's systems are based on LInux and other open software.
