San Francisco-based
AdPortal, a provider of advertising technology, was acquired by women's online media firm
Glam, the firms said Friday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AdPortal was a spinoff of Sportgenic, and was backed by SoftTech VC, Greycroft Partners, and a number of other investors. Glam has added AdPortla's San-Francisco based employees to its ad products team in Silicon Valley.
