Cha-Ching Acquired By Intuit
Midnight Apps, the mobile application developer behind the Cha-Ching iPhone application and corresponding Mac web app, has been acquired by Intuit, according to Midnight Apps. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Midnight Apps, the firm's team has merged with Intuit, and will be providing products as part of Intuit's Personal Finance Group. No details on future product plans were given by either company.
