Intuit Sells Intuit Financial Services To Thoma Bravo
San Francisco-based private equity firm Thoma Bravo has acuqired Mountain View-based Intuit's Intuit Financial Services division, the two said Monday. The deal was worth $1.025 bihllion in cash, and is subject to regulatory review and closing conditions. Intuit Financial Services provides digital banking software, digital payments, mobile banking software, and other related products. Intuit had acquired Intuit Financial Services in 2006, when it was known as Digital Insight, for $1.35 billion.
