LimeLife, an online women's fashion and celebrity news site, has been acquired by
Total Beauty Media, based in Santa Monica, California. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. LimeLife was headed and founded by Kristin McDonnell, and was venture backed by Core Capital, i-Hatch Ventures, Monitor Venture Partners, Rustic Canyon Partners, and US Venture Partners. LimeLife had raised more than $20M in funding over its life. Total Beauty Media is also backed by USVP, along with Wallington Investors.
