LimeLife, a digital media firm focused on the women's market, said Tuesday that it has acquired San Mateo-based
Tapatap, which develops mobile applications and technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Tapatap was venture backed by Gabriel Venture Partners; LimeLife is venture backed by Core Capital, i-Hatch Ventures, Monitor Venture Partners, Rustic Canyon Partners, and US Venture Partners. LimeLife said the buy will enhance its ability to deliver its proerties across both PC, web, and mobile phones.
