Oracle Buys Passlogic
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said Tuesday that it has agreed to buy Passlogix, a developer of enterprise, single-sign on software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Oracle, the acquisition expands an existing, OEM relationship with Passlogix. Oracle said the Passlogix software allows organizations to enable single-sign on across client-server, mainframe, and web-based applications.
