Zenprise, a developer of enterprise mobile management software, said today that it has acquired
Sparus Software, a developer of software for managing smartphones, card readers, scanners, and other products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The company said the acquisition will help it accelerate its european growth. Zenprise is backed by Bay Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners, and Shasta Ventures.
