Citrix Buys Zenprise
Santa Clara-based Citrix said Wednesday that it is acquiring Redwood City-based Zenprise, the developer of mobile device management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Citrix said it would integrate Zenprise into its Citrix CloudGateway and Me@Work products, which are used for managing mobile apps and data. Zenprise was venture backed by Bay Partners, Greylock Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield, Rembrandt Venture Partners, and Shasta Ventures.
