Complete Genomics Sets IPO Pricing Range
Mountain View-based Complete Genomics, a provide of gene sequencing services, has set a pricing range for its IPO. The firm, which is looking to list on the NASDAQ Global Market as GNOM, said it expects its public offering price to be between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. Complete Genomics is venture backed by Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, OrbiMed Advisors, Enterprise Partners Venture Capital, OVP Venture Partners, Prospect Venture Partners and Highland Capital Management.
