Complete Genomics Prices IPO
Mountain View-based Complete Genomics, a provider of gene sequencing services, has priced its IPO, saying in a filing Wednesday afternoon that it expects its initial public offering price to be $9.00 per share, and will offer up 6 million share in the offering. The price is lower than an earlier range of $12.00 to $14.00 per share. The firm is debuting on the NASDAQ Global Market as GNOM. Complete Genomics is venture backed by Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, OrbiMed Advisors, Enterprise Partners Venture Capital, OVP Venture Partners, Prospect Venture Partners and Highland Capital Management.
