Callidus Buys ForceLogix
Pleasanton-based Callidus Software said last week that it has agreed to acquire all of the assets of partner ForeceLogix. Callidus said it expects to pay $3.75M in cash for ForceLogix. ForceLogix is a developer of sales automation software.
