Sierra Atlantic Acquired By Hitachi Consulting
Newark, California-based Sierra Atlantic, a provider of offshore It outsourcing, has been acquired by Hitachi Consulting, the IT consulting arm of Hitachi, Ltd. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Sierra Atlantic has around 2400 employees and 200 customers, and operations in Hyderabad, India and Guangzhou, China.
