Salesforce.com Buys Dimdim
San Francisco-bsaed Salesforce.com said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired Dimdim, in a deal worth approximately $31M in cash, net of cash acquired. Dimdim is a developer of live online meeting, demonstration, and webinar software. Dimdim is based in Lowell, Mass. and is venture backed by Draper Richards, Index Ventures, and Nexus India Capital.
