TripIt Acquisition Completes
San Francisco-based TripIt, the mobile travel management and expense report firm, is now officially part of Concur, Concur said earlier this week. TripIt was venture backed by Azure Capital Partners, European Founders Fund, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and Sabre Holdings. The deal was worth $82M in cash upfront, and up to a total of $120M with earnout included. TripIt had raised around $13.1M in total venture funding.
