TripIt Acquired By Concur
San Francisco-based TripIt, the mobile travel management software developer, has been acquired by expense and travel management software firm Concur. The deal is worth as much as $120M. Concur said it will pay $82M in cash, stock, and unrestricted stock units upfront, plus earnout, bringing the total to as much as $120M. TripIt was venture backed by Azure Capital Partners, European Founders Fund, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and Sabre Holdings, and had raised around $13.1M in venture funding.
