Vurve Inks $4.5M
Mountain View-based Vurve, a developer of ad automation software, has raised $4.5M in a Series A funding, the firm said today. The round was led by Spark Capital, and also included Dave McClure and True Ventures. The firm also said it has added Matt Ackley, head of product, Search and Analytics, Google, Jan Pedersen, chief scientist of Microsoft Bing,a nd Umang Gupta, CEO of Keynote Systems, to its board of advisors.
