Widgetbox Becomes Flite, Raises $12M
San Francisco-based Widgetbox, the developer of mobile application software, said today that it has renamed itself Flite, and raised a $12M Series C funding round. The new funding comes from General Catalyst Partners, Sequoia Capital, Hummer Winblad, and NCD Investors. The firm said it is now focused on helping brands deliver display ads.
