Cortina Systems, which develops networking semiconductors, has filed for an IPO. The firm said it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO. The firm's underwriters include J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Piper Jaffray, and Roth Capital Partners. Cortina is backed by Intel, Morgenthaler Partners, Canaan Equity, IVP, DCM, Eldorado Ventures, Storm Semiconductor, and Kodiak Venture Partners.
